Bishop William M. Wright III

He graduated from Nativity Elementary School Archdiocese of Los Angeles on June 1962. William graduated from Verbum Dei High (Word of God High) School June 1966. Even then it was obvious God was knocking at his door. He attended Los Angeles City College "West Coast Trade School" receiving his certificate in Aircraft Structure Assembly, April 1967 and hired by Lockheed Aircraft on that same month and worked for them until he retired in 1992. Coming out of retirement he was employed by Boeing Aircraft for fourteen years and was an Inspector on the first space shuttle project. He ended his career as a supervisor back at Lockheed Aircraft, Watts Willow Brook Plant. Although William accepted Jesus Christ as his savior at an early age, he made it official on March 14, 1976, when he was baptized at Friendship Baptist Church when he was a passionate Sunday school teacher, with students ranging from children to adults. On September 2,1984, he was licensed to preach by Friendship Baptist Church, and ordained October 28,1989, by Ablaze Ministries, Inc., Los Angeles. As a graduate of California Institute for Christian Ministry, he received a certificate of completion in Christian Peer Counseling, June 14,1986. Additional education include, American Baptist, USA, Certificate of Continuing Education in Evangelism,  Our Leaders December 17, 1987, USA, and graduate of Morris Cerullo School of Ministry, May 7,1988. He is the founder and senior pastor of True Unity Baptist Church since 1990 and Bishop of True Unity Baptist Council of Churches, now overseeing several churches in California and Florida.

​Bishop Felecia Wright, 

A native of California her formative years were spent in South Central Los Angeles. Raised a Proverbs 22:6 child, she endured several life trials. These circumstances and situations caused her to exercise her faith and completely trust in God. One of the promises of God was she would be united with the husband he had chosen for her. She joined other members of her family and united in fellowship with Friendship Baptist Church, in 1989. After enduring several trials, exercising faith and trusting in God to fulfill his promise, she was united in marriage with Rev. William M. Wright III, in March of 1990. Felecia and her husband founded, True Unity Christian Ministries, in 1991.

 

Felecia is co-pastor and shares leadership with her husband. She is an exciting and devout teacher of Gods' Word which she enjoys. She teaches Sunday School, Children's Church and Bible Study at True Unity. She has on several occasions ministered with her husband, at the Union Rescue Mission, New Image Homeless Shelter and numerous convalescent homes throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Felecia has endeavored to extend her theological education at Golden Gate Theological Seminary, Brea, California and Bethel Christian College, Riverside, California; Truth Academy Bible College, Winter Haven, Florida. She has received a Bachelors Degree; Masters of Ministry and Masters of Divinity.

As an accomplished solo artist, Felecia was a member of The L.A. Mass Choir and accompanied such artist as Tevin Campbell, Joan Biaz, Neal Diamond, Patty Label, and Beau Williams. She has toured many states and cities singing and praising our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is the owner of Felecia's Pamper Palace,  Fullerton, California for the past 30 years .
